India’s Only Sustainable PU & Foam Show
Following the resounding success of its inaugural edition in Mumbai, the 2nd edition of UTECH India – Sustainable Polyurethane & Foam (ISPUF) Expo is poised to set a new benchmark for the polyurethane and foam industry. Scheduled to take place from November 13–15, 2025, this premier event will be held against the backdrop of India’s accelerating demand for high-performance, sustainable, and intelligent PU solutions.
The 2nd edition will once again bring PU and foam in the spotlight. It will also continue to include the Sleep Expo Pavilion - with a key focus on flexible foam and mattress manufacturing. Moreover, this year’s new addition is the sandwich panel and thermal insulation pavilion.
The UTECH India Sandwich Panel & Thermal Insulation Pavilion
India’s sandwich panel market is set to grow at over 10% CAGR through 2030, fueled by rapid expansion in construction, warehousing, and cold storage. The Indian thermal insulation market is expected to exceed $1.8 billion by 2027, with polyurethane panels gaining traction for their superior insulation.
Government initiatives like the Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) and Smart Cities Mission are driving demand for energy-efficient materials, while India’s net-zero 2070 target accelerates sustainable construction. Massive investments in infrastructure and cold chain facilities—which are growing at over 15% annually—require high-performance, durable, and energy-saving solutions. Polyurethane sandwich panels can deliver up to 40% energy savings, supporting both sustainability and cost-efficiency in commercial and residential projects.
This dedicated pavilion at UTECH India will highlight these innovative solutions, aligning with India’s growth, regulatory, and sustainability priorities, and making the expo highly relevant for the Indian market.
